Pre Sale Shipping Questions

  • Major cities (Sydney/Melbourne/Brisbane etc.): Typically 8-10 business days.
  • Remote areas: May take 8-15 business days (depends on the courier).
  • Other areas: 
    • USA: 8-15 business days
    • Canada: 10-15 business days
    • UK: 5-12 business days
    • Germany: 5-12 business days
    • France: 8-12 business days
  • Delays may occur during holidays or sales periods.
  • Shipping costs are auto-calculated based on item weight, size, and destination.
  • Free shipping Australia-wide for orders over AUD $99.
  • Additional fees may apply for remote areas (system will notify automatically).
  • You will receive an email with a Tracking Number once shipped.
  • Visit our partnered courier’s website and enter the tracking number.
  • If you don't know how to track, please contact customer service: service@giftspring.shop
  • All orders to Australia are shipped under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). Duties and GST are included in the order total. No extra charges.
  • Contact customer support immediately (service@giftspring.shop) if the order is not yet shipped.
  • If shipped, contact the courier for interception/redirection (additional fees may apply, contact service@giftspring.shop and we can help you ). 
  • Keep the delivery receipt and take photos of damaged items. Contact us within 24 hours.
  • We will assist with courier claims or arrange a replacement.
